Find below the links to download the presentations and the recording from our third ‘Train the trainers’ session exploring the topic of ‘Legal and organisational framework‘ which took place on 22 November 2023.
This session delved into the legal and organisational aspects of setting up and managing energy communities and energy efficiency services. The session aimed to provide an insight into the process of setting up and operating community energy solutions and the transfer of knowledge gained from pilot projects across Europe.
It focused on the European Union’s definition of energy communities and the implementation of related policies at national level, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of different models and approaches. It also addressed the legal and organisational considerations surrounding heat pumps and DHC systems, including relevant regulations, incentives and potential challenges to their implementation.
